thank you for the video, I plan on buying this crossbow for Christmas this year, very informative and assured me at medium distance it would be easy to get a good kill shot

I check the fps it's not even close to 285 fps. He don't even know what he's talking about.
for how long would you recommend keeping this crossbow loaded
The pellet rifle scope is rugged to withstand the shock of a spring piston airgun — I'm not surprised it can handle the slap of a crossbow. I have this crossbow but had troubles with torn fletchings. The problem turned out to be the front sight arch which also interferes with loading the arrow. The sides of the arch would sometimes rip the plastic or feather vanes. Since I use a scope instead of open sights I removed the arch and voila!… no more ripped vanes. Two screws hold the arch in place.
Is it handy to use a laser on your scope?
