New version does not look to be better than the old. Arrows leave the rest better on the old version in both styles. Am I the only one thinking this way?
is the new model ok for learning thumb release? the more pronounced shelf on these and the PSE's that appear to be their twins seem to take your bow hand out of the equation (and i'm not sure that's a good thing). I'm looking at these as while I can draw much heavier compounds… i've found if i want to learn thumb draw… i need to start much lower in weight and these seem ideal for dipping my toes in (cheap 🙂 ).
Do you personally prefer the new model or the old model more?
Which arrows should I use for this bow?
Maybe I'm wrong, but what is your opinion, is that bow weak for serious shooting? I'm totally begginer and I have idea to buy this bow as my first personal bow, but I'm afraid that it is maybe not strong enough for grown person. 🙄
Well will you be able to ship these online?
Would an extra shelf pad cut just right prevent the arrow from hitting the protruding part of the grip?
What kind of arrow do you recommend for the snake recurve?
Yes I already bought 2 snakes because of you. Thank you for the tip.
Is it better to shoot off the shelf or to use the included arrow rest?
Thank you very much for the review im trusting you so iwill buy rolan as beginner and first bow i think 18 lb for me and my wife it will better my question what is perfect arrows suitable for this 18lb 60” bow and which material? Best regards
I just got the snake today and I love it! Thank you for great reviews and engaging content!
Hello. I bought today this bow in Chile. How can I know if is the new version or the old one?
Thank you.
What arrow weight and spine works for this bow?
Ill send you a email for buying a full kit!
I've ordered a bow from AF archery as a motivation in the future. But I need a trainer bow to get good form first. Maybe stupid choice to get a bow from af archery first but it takes a while to get over. So I have plenty of time to start practicing!
Because of this video I ordered a snake bow….they sent me the OLD model ! But I still love it…..
very informative reviews on this bow thank you.
On the strength of your previous review and recommendation I bought a Snake and am loving its simplicity and fun factor. I;d really appreciate your recommendations for wooden arrow spine and point weights . On our local club field archery course we are only allowed wooden shafts and natural feather fletchings so I'd like to make a set specifically for a 26# Snake bow to shoot 20-40m draw 29.5"…
What the heck is archery tag.. WHATTTT.. LOL
Ahhh… When u held up the two newer models. Close to the end… I can see that the arrow shelf. Or guide… Is shaped differently, yet again… I like the 3rd version much better… I think it would not bounce off as much. But I'm not sure if u did the ENTIRE test with the 3rd version
I keep seeing the arrows bounce
