I just picked up 2 of these for $17 each. I wanted an extra one just for the heavier bands in the set. I figured buying a second one was cheaper than just buying the bands from their website. I'm excited to see what we can do with it.
Nice review. I just received my travel model and am looking forward to getting started. Thank you!
Nice video. Question I’m debating. Which bow to get? I don’t travel a lot so I was leaning toward the original made in one solid peace. Then I read the travel gorilla bow accepts more resistance 350 versus 300 for original. I’m no powerhouse at 6 ft 225 but I’m not weak either. Have lifted off and on for years. I have joint and arthritic issues now. So looking for alternative. Got me thinking towards higher resistance travel version. By the way. I see that SkiErg in your video. That’s in my radar. I have the Rowerg and love it.
I’m planning on picking this up but as of right now the travel one isn’t available, I hope it’ll be available soon and then I’ll probably get the membership so that I can get tailored exercises to help me lose weight rather than build muscle right now, I’m around 300 pounds right now and would like to lose weight more than build muscle right now.
Genius with the hip thrusts. Awesome video.
I just don’t see how you can build muscle with bands. If you could then more bodybuilders would use bands instead of plates
It looks good quality . I have had bands snap on me on cheaper versions but this looks bulky and oddly shaped. I am looking at gymproluxe also but can't decide which yet
interesting device, good review!
Good review. Been looking at this to keep in my semi truck.
Thanks useful vid! I'm in a very long process of rehab from cardiac and pulmonary failure, with Cor Pulmonale. Anyway I've been looking at Gorilla Bow with the approval of attending cardiologist. I just bought one at a thrift shop with more bands than in this video. I got a discount, as I'm over 70, paying $8.94, not a breakapart though.
I find that using an aerobics step with 2 inch incremental risers is good for this bow because for some exercises you need the perfect height for example the arm curl. If you are too tall the bow will potentially slip out of your grip, too low is also a problem but just the correct height is the only answer for that particular exercise and you can use the long bands. The advantage of the Gorilla Bow in general is that it allows you to perform six or seven good exercises in one place using only one piece of equipment and also right in your living room is just fine. Try those aerobics steps with it for sure, they work.
Great review. I went with the X3 bar myself but this was the only other viable competition to it and your review is thorough and well put together. Subbed!
Great info! Bod-G Fitness Professionals come to you, this seems like a product that gives a total gym experience, can you recommend the package that will satisfy all markets, I do agree it should include all bands instead of creating different packages. Thank you
This dude is hot af
I was getting dizzy from all of the constant switching camera views 🤦 Wow.. well my eyes got a work out aleast lol
Great review. Two questions, 1) Did you purchase the Gorilla Bow system you are reviewing? 2)Are you receiving any compensation from Gorilla Bow? I like to know the status of the reviewer and the product being reviewed. Thank you.
Where did you get the braided bands
Been using the Travel bow Consistently for 2 weeks and I absolutely love it 😀💪 Very fun and challenging. It's easier to travel with and for every Excercise I was able to get a good perfect range of motion that I needed . My only dislike is the price should be alot more lower but other than that it's very Challenging and New to really push your body to the next level .💪
Good thing I watched this Review 👌because I would have ended getting the whole solid bow that couldn't detach instead of the travel .Looks like a interesting workout product. Great Review 👍
