Glad you took a mature stance nothing wrong with owning a chinesse anything its pretty dumb to act like you dont own Chinese thingsππππππ your car your house your draws all made in China. (Saw some dimb comments about Chinese things) But seeing you be man enough to not be a follower and junp on a hate wagon. You got my sub…..
M looking one 60 poundage
Would you say the quality might be better if ordered from Mandarin Duck?
NEVER THROW AWAY A STOCK OR CHINESE STRING. THIS GUY IS FULL OF SHIT. ITS WAY TO EASY TO REPLACE THE SERVINGS ON ANY BOW STRING, WITH QUALITY DURABLE SERVING MATERIAL. YES, CHINESE SERVINGS CAN BE USELESS, BUT THE STRING IS GOOD QUALITY. SO JUST REPLACE THE SERVINGS.
Got a 30 pound for the wife and I like it more than she does. I do better with that than my Bear Kodiak Magnum.
Great video! And excellent precision you have! I thought about order such a bow from Mandarin Duck. And they sell arrows spine 500 suitable for draw weights from 30-60 pounds. Do you have any comment to that? Will the same arrow be good for both 30 and 60 pounds? Is it a compromise that they are optimal for 45 pound and still works decent within the span of +- 15 pounds?
Thankyou for the review
Thanks again for your review of this bow. It seems very thorough and knowledgeable which is very helpful for a novice like me. π
Thank you for the great detailed review! I'm seriously considering purchasing this bow. My only concern is it being a 60" bow and with my 30-31" draw will that be too much with my 6'3" frame? What is your take for my comfort zone? Thanks for any input!
Thanks π
Which vendor did you use to buy the bow? Thanks
I love bow.last year I got a nice 5×5 blacktail with the black hunter.ive shot it hundreds of times still like bran new60 pounds prabably could use a new string.and I'm left handed.5 stars from me southern oregon coast.
I picked one up from a buddy for 45 in the box. He couldnt get the limbs mounted. The riser threaded inserts were installed crooked so I drilled them out and replaced them. Got the limbs mounted but they still were off, neither top or bottom lined up because the centering dowels were also crooked. This thing was a mess. After finally getting everything fixed, the nocks cut the string so had to re sand both upper and lower limb nocks. I cut the window crown and center shot better and finally had a bow that would go together and shoot correctly. After checking the weight, it was off, supposed to be 45lb and was actual 38lb. After all was said and done, I ended up with a bow that seems to shoot pretty decent. Would I ever pump any money to the china ecomony and buy another, no. It is what it is and now there are a couple dozen knock offs so its just not worth the headache.
For the price, there's nothing better or as accurate and smooth to shot. better than most 500 bows, brand name and custom bows I've had.
Found lots of different versions of this bow by different 'brands'. Anybody know what the original is or which one is a good one? Worried about picking up a shitty knock off. Thanks π
yes this is the updated version (straight limbs end). My wife and I both own a black hunter, with recurve and longbow limbs, we never had an issue with it, and yes it's a really good shooter, better than a few 500$ bows I own…. for the price, don't think twice !
I cant find your first video on this bow, did you take it down?
Im starting to buy my first bow ever since iβve been shooting with rifles and this has been my choice between the SAS maverick one piece and my question about this bow is : Can you put sights on it ? , im not familiar with bows when aiming
My 50 lb black hunter turned our to be 65lb at my draw length, was wondering why my elbow was getting sore after a couple hours
Good video. Please, what fistmell do you have on that bow? thanks
